Teaching Flyka to take off and land itself

The full sequence now runs autonomously: spin up, lift off, hold, reposition and set back down — no stick input. We drilled it over and over under tether, tightening the touchdown until it was gentle every time. Takeoff and landing are where autonomy earns its trust.
