Powering up the full cluster for the first time

We put the complete 22-unit cluster on the bench and switched it on. Every unit booted, reported its status, and held sync with the flight controller — no dropouts. Seeing all 22 independent units breathe together for the first time confirmed the decentralized architecture works exactly as designed.
