Design freeze for the pre-production model

We locked the pre-production design — the folded 3.3 x 4.2 x 1.6 m footprint, the 165 kg payload and the roughly $16/hour flight cost — all validated and frozen for the first small build series. From here the work shifts from "does it fly" to "can we build it, repeatably."
